Computer based learning enforced. Works well in core courses, but not in electives.

Students use their own computers to access the school material through Google. The Core level classes have been provided with School-developed material that are easy to teach and supplement. The elective courses have no material at all. The textbooks were abandoned and teachers are expected to "find their own material on-line." Unfortunately, the school does not give any pay for developing these courses, and they frequently cancel courses and expect teachers to develop new courses overnight, as student interest dictates. Teachers comments and suggestions about these courses are belittled and attacked by management. Teachers 'keep their heads down' and try to not rock the boat.
