Over worked under paid

Patient Care Coordinator (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 31 March 2023

There was never room to grow, never compensated correctly for yearly increases. Overall terrible place if you value feeling good about your work and time invested into a company. Stay away unless your family with management as nepotism rules the day with this place.

Working at Canadian Cannabis Clinics it didn’t really feel like a job or a competitive environment, it felt like a family where you fall and someone is right there to pick you up ;)

worst job ever

Just save yourself, do not support this company, because they will not support you. Will have you feeling exhausted, and you will start to develop back and neck issues due to not having ergonomic friendly office equipment. I just regret the decision, its time I wont get back I could have spent doing something that made me feel happy, not the deep depression this job caused me. For a company that prides themselves on being family..I wouldn't let any employee dwell like that.
