Both good and bad. I was given opportunities you don't often find in larger companies. Managers are difficult to deal with .

No Structure or Management Guidance
There is a huge amount of nepotism at this company. If you work here, be prepared for a ton of drama and being dragged into it even though it has nothing to do with you. Constantly on eggshells about your job. Good wage and benefits but no advancement coupled with very poor management
Call centre setting with strict daily and monthly goals. Unsupportive management with very poor communication as to what's going on within the company, this leads to a lot of disorganization and drama that is not dealt with or ever resolved.
