I love being a part of the Canadian Army Reserve. I have high ambitions and not once have I been shot down or scoffed at by my superiors. I'm able to pursue a civilian career in health and advance in the Army at the same time. Following the chain of command makes everything fairly simple, even during some harder courses. I'm still fairly new but have wanted to be in the military my whole life. Adjusting to the lifestyle was a little hard, but quickly understanding that having your errors pointed out is not personal, and done only to give you opportunity to step up and be better, made things easier. I've learned many skills, expanding on how to be a leader is by far the most valuable to me.

Best job I ever had. Well rounded development and good recognition of talents and aptitudes and a willingness to invest in said talents. They really focused on growing bonds between soldiers though overcoming adversities together. Helped me gain confidence and strength which have benefited me in many ways throughout my life.
