At the store level there is not anything regarding management as they do not give authority, most of time they work through the head office. Management keep changing and do not settle on one thing. Specially there are lots managers and everyone wats to implement their own ideas instead of combined and apply. One says something and another says do not know or other thing. Overall the company is very fast growing but poor management specially at the local store level almost not have any authority and most of the time store managers are out of the loop.
