Communicating with doctors
Senior Staff are required to train new hires due to No on site Management available. Senior Staff are selective with training techniques for New hire to execute tasks necessary for clinic.
New hires are required to learn without practice or repetition due to limitations of new hire training.
Software glitches/lagging of systems are blamed on new hires, plus new hires are not respected.
Senior Staff are not cooperative to the “teamwork” concept!
Not keeping new hire in the loop with daily changes ex: Dr scheduled hrs change/pertinent info needEd to accomplish daily tasks on New hires’ scheduled hours.
Mgmt allow seniority of staff with negative/lax behaviour take over, which limit New hires to show their added educational background, flourish, “work as a team,” or assist with all tasks, which are required to accomplish scheduled workdays necessary for the clinic to thrive successfully.
It's fast paced.
The wage was low and not being to offer more to the patients in terms of counselling etc on site was stressful for me personally.
