Understaffed/ high turnover rateGreat support staff, however the owner doesn’t have a growth mindset. He would rather lay off employees and find a cheaper replacement. Not a good businessman. High turnover rate. Doesn’t care for the students learning environment. Full time staff are underpaid and overworked.
