What is the best part of working at the company? Job security, benefits and pension. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Deadlines and constant changes What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Coworkers are great at same level or below. Not so much from people at higher levels. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Managing inventory and planning the day based around management deadlines and demands.

You’re constantly monitored by the computer system. The applications they use are too many and too hard to use as they look like they’re from the 1960’s for the UI/UX

What is the best part of working at the company? Working condition flexibility and hybrid work. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Having to commute to work on my in office work days. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very conducive and great culture, employer always looking for ways to help employee be more productive and also encourage work life balance. What is a typical day like for you at the company? A typical day for me at the office is mostly evaluating insolvent accounts and sending claim letters to trustee and talking to taxpayers or trustee on the phone.

There are so many new policies and procedures and mandatory courses you MUST take and learning plans you need! It's like a quarterly report card in school! Competencies must be adhered to and you have to show how you meet them quarterly and then you get graded (de) if so or not! Ever changing procedures!
