Managers and team were great but they over hired and there’s not much room for growth or improvement unless someone leaves. Pay is great. You’re going to be very bored.

What is the best part of working at the company?I’ve been with CRA since 2013. The best job I’ve ever had. You never get bored because you can move around within the CRA. I would not work anywhere else!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?You, are the only one that can make it stressful. The CRA is very aware of mental health and take precautions to make sure everyone is taking care of appropriately.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Family and health comes first!What is a typical day like for you at the company?I work from home. As long as I do my job, everything goes smoothly.
