Resource Officer (Current Employee) - Montréal, QC - 31 August 2023

Pay and Benefits is great, but a call center will always be a call center. Unless you're willing to climb the ranks, this job can mentally exhaust you. Management is great and super helpful. They really do promote a healthy work environment. It's just the job that's actually full of pressure. WFH option is great but you'll never know if that policy changes nor any imput will be asked from you. Essentially, you're just a small cog in a very complicated and oil starved machine. Great for experience, not for life.

Excellent work life balance, flexibility with schedule, benefits are ok but many other companies have better, parking is difficult as it is downtown so transit is usually easier.

Productive and a great Workplace

I had fun working for CRA. Learn a lot. Management were good and fair to employees,The hardest part was to deal with the taxpayers. Complete my task was the most enjoyable part of the job.

The workload increasing rapidly

It started out fine with lots of training then the workload increased rapidly over the course of one year. The reviews over audit work is strict and demanding. It is a typical auditor’s job however you work on your own and have to be independent and proactive, your team leader would be too busy to help you with any question
