all computer work - most customer, supplier, co-worker communication via email - on line invoicing - excel job costing - some telephone communication learned more about excel spreadsheets and SAP operating workplace culture good - all employees tried their best and were willing to learn hardest part is growing pains? small company has to develop their own structure the people were great, employees and customers also the setting in the country and the view 10 minutes from my home - no commute time
