Productive and fun workplace, depending on your position level.

Indeed featured review

A job where you need to have a strong work ethic. You get paid very well for the job you do no matter what level it is in the company. Take the initiative and suggest new processes and cost saving ideas. Participate in group activities such as holiday pot lucks and be a part of the diversity.

Pros

Excelleant wages and benefits.

Cons

Inconsistent management

Politics and poor management

Stay away if you have other better option. This employer offers good pay but it’s not worth it if you are by the books kind of person and likes to be treated fair and with respect. People ( specially upper management) are super unprofessional. Ask about Canada post Salute if you come across anyone form Canada post you will know what I am talking about. Day at work is full of Lies, politics, back stabbing and Stress.

Pros

Salary

Cons

Everything else.

Excellent

Basically Canada Post is similar to any other large Corporation in terms of Cash Flow. Obviously they need more cash coming in than going out and they are trying to cut costs to help increase credit as opposed to debt. My career with Canada Post has been exceptional. I have earned great money and learned many skills within this large Corporation.

Pros

Salary, customer service, Management, safety

Cons

attention to front line

Very busy ebvironment and needs better communication between APOC members

CP has a great pension. Unfortunately you have no choice but to join it. My boss is a great person!! She has a lot to offer as a leader. She has been very flexible with my work life balance, and is very supportive.

Pros

benefits, really good benefits for full time people

Cons

better communication between apoc members
