Great place to work, always challenging working with children and they had a supportive team to help you deal with all issues.

Cashier/ Food Court Attendant (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB3 October 2015
Working at COP was a good way to gain work experience. Near the end I was not very fond of the management but it was a good place to work with lots of fun, energetic people. On a typical day I would get in and go on cash, or start cleaning until the lunch rush, I also cooked and prepped food. My co-workers were always very good to work with.
Pros
Free skiing, food, and rentals.
Cons
Days seem very long when its not busy.

Better off working in the mountains.
Coaches (Former Employee) –  Ski hill20 September 2015
Low wages. No benefits. Very little support and training from management. Poor administration of programs. Coaches tend to have little real knowledge or experience in coaching. Better off coaching at a mountain resort where the pay is up to 50% more with great benefits.
