Pretty good entry level job but high expectations
For an entry-level position, the pay is decent. Could be better as the expectations are high! There is room for growth.There's some flexibility with scheduling, which is nice.

Very high work volume and responsibilities, low pay, colleagues are tremendous though.
Very hectic workload, corporate seem slow/reluctant to implement changes to help that. It's stressful and there is no time to have a relaxed pace of work. That being said, direct and regional management are brilliant, supportive, wonderful, but they aren't the ones with the power to make the changes. Very draining environnement, goals are not realistic. Good benefits offered but not worth the mental struggle. Would not recommend as an employer. The lack of flexibility to balance work and life id difficult
