Very draining environnement, goals are not realistic. Good benefits offered but not worth the mental struggle. Would not recommend as an employer. The lack of flexibility to balance work and life id difficult

Individual Qc (Former Employee) - Montreal, QC - 23 January 2023
I've worked for nearly 15 years for this company and it was no lo ger worth it! Old experienced employees are waiting for their pension-litterally , no place for growth - only if you are a new hire and do not cost anything to the company : no need experience or knowledge for any of the higher ranking job: it's only a question of fit!! Lol!! Unfortunatelly the level of incompetence in all departments is dangerously increasing, since the knowledged employees are being scooped up by competitors. The workload is enormous- OT is never open so you end up doing free overtime since you get all the complaints and harassement from advisors and clients!!

Cons
Underpaid-stress-bad coworking-no real good benefits (you pay for them)

Great team, but unrealistic expectations. Always busy. Low retention rate. Good group benefits: medical, dental, Wellness plan. Located downtown Montreal.

nothing to say . Ive been there for a few years now and have seen many employees come and go .. I would like the bosses to have more training in how to be a good leader ..
