Ok

Very very busy call center, except to take a lot of calls everyday. The pay is great and it’s nice to be able to work from home but it’s very busy call center, it’s calls back to back.

Same role

Terrible place to work

Terrible place to work , they don’t have fixed schedules. Management is no help . The pay is trash after taxes and a pension plan that they force you into .they don’t care about their clients nor their staff .

Fine, for awhile

working in the BPO is draining. extremely high expectations with no reason or benefit. the bpo is under recognized and under valued. it's unfortunate.
