How We Give Back

Northern Resource Centres

In 2009, we met with two Inuit sewers from the Canadian Arctic. From that experience, Canada Goose Resource Centres were born. We have donated over 1 million metres of fabric to Canada’s Northern communities through the Canada Goose Resource Centre program. Several times a year we deliver leftover fabric, lining, buttons, zippers and other materials to more than 10 northern communities.

Project Atigi

The designers of Project Atigi are mothers and grandmothers, nurses and teachers, office workers and small business owners—but when they pick up a needle and thread, they become something else: Designers. Calling upon a deep tradition of craftsmanship and their own unique creativity, they shape fabric into something functional and beautiful.

Project Atigi brings the work of these talented designers, and the heritage of craftsmanship they represent, to the world stage.

Sustainability

Our sustainability goals are rooted in our core beliefs. They spring from our sense of responsibility to positively impact society and align with our commitment to honour the land from which we were born. We have always worked to inspire people to action and have now set out these goals to inspire our people, our suppliers, and our customers to come together to protect the world outside.

Polar Bears International

Together with Polar Bears International (PBI), we’re raising awareness around the threats that face wild polar bears. We’ve supported the work of Polar Bears International for over 10 years—and raised over 3.5 million dollars to help them continue their conservation and outreach work.
