At my location, it's pretty laid back, there are a lot of people who work really hard, but like any job there are a few who don't do much. However, as long as you make an effort, you will fit in, and it's pretty easy once you get into the swing of things.

I don't know about the other locations but currently working with a great team. Team spirit, helping one another out and just being chill can get you over a bad day. If you are a hard worker and want a full days work then this is a good job for you.

For sales - Don't asume it is Best Buy. Know the difference between routers, what the latest gpu and cpu is, what an ips panel is vs tn panel. In otherwords know your stuff. Customers depend on you're knowledge level. Managememt is well versed in knowledge so you won't be able to fake it till you make it.
