Prefer not to comment
Prefer no to comment, so many changes since I last worked there. It was great in the beginning then well not so good with the changes. I miss my some of my co workers but not the politics

Gaslighting experts, mentally draining workplace
It really doesn’t matter how long you work here or what you do for the company. They will gaslight you constantly. There are tons of crazy targets you never make so you never get your bonus. They let clients walk all over you, verbally abuse you and disrespect you. If you bring it up to management you’ll be blamed. Anything that goes wrong will be blamed on you by management. The managers come in late and go for a smoke right away but if you log in 30 seconds late you’ll be warned and then reprimanded. Honestly people will work there for 15 years and disappear without even an email. There’s definitely tied selling happening and forcing to sell products from a certain company, hardly a brokerage. The pay is below average. And the best part if you do your job right, you can do other people jobs too! Save yourself the mental strain and go somewhere else, unless you feel like being chained to a desk answering hundreds of calls and emails, having to tell management when you need to use the bathroom.

Demeaning management, bullying tactics and too focused and statics. You are a number not a name in the company. Revolving door, due to management

Excellent working atmosphere
You are treated like family . The President knows everyone’s name across the country. They are willing to listen and make sure the staff feel valued , you will always know you matter.

Worst experience I have had with a brokerage
I have worked in quite a few brokerages and this is by far my worst experience. We were bought out by Brokerlink and not a single thing improved, in fact it is far worse. Benefits are no where near what we had, especially mental health coverage. It's clear by the way they treat their employees that they do not value their needs. Management was unconcerned with employee concerns or life/work balance which they claim is one of their biggest features for staff. Micromanaged, pay is low, unattainable bonus structure.
