  • It should be honest and trustworthy and kind to people.

  • Need better training for new hire

  • When you hire someone for part time, dont try to bully them into full time work.

  • Try to understand that everyone has other things to do in life than just working. Please give your employees or workers a well balanced schedule. Don't be puting them in morning,noon,night in same week for it is very hard and unhealthy to adjust with those kind of mix swing shifts.

  • Learn to appreciate employees and reward them for their hard work

  • To give out more shifts
