When you hire someone for part time, dont try to bully them into full time work.

Try to understand that everyone has other things to do in life than just working. Please give your employees or workers a well balanced schedule. Don't be puting them in morning,noon,night in same week for it is very hard and unhealthy to adjust with those kind of mix swing shifts.
