think before you leapMuch better orgs than this department. They let anybody become a manager, even without the skills or background. The work/family life balance is not flexible. Systemic bullying and psychological harassment at highest levels, who are only interested in advancing their careers. You are eitherone of them or they are against you and will do anything to get you out. A lot of youngsters playing the cowboys (power abuse)
