Fswep

Worked with CBSA through fswep. I had a variety of different experiences and learned lots of new stuff. The pay system is garbage and caused quite a bit of stress

Volunteer experience = potential employment

I was a volunteer during the COVID-19 Pandemic from April 2020 - June 2020. I was responsible for filing info sheets and masks into ziplock bags for travellers at the airport. This was a remote position, but I was referred by a friend of a family member. I can’t say much about this organization, since I didn’t experience any benefits, job culture, etc. because it was only a volunteer position. Overall, it was a good experience and I feel that I helped people during a difficult time. Thank you for the experience!

Horrible management

Mgmt top heavy. Very toxic environment. Pays very well, however, more to life than money. Extremely prejudicial management. So toxic that employees call out constantly.

Loved my job. Training was not there always guessing what I had to do next, the boss needed to be medicated she was always high strung out, otherwise all was good… would I go back? Well depends, what department what are the offers
