Not very long always looking for new staff due to work environment which is not very good.
I worked there and for the most part i liked it .it was not the company that caused me to leave it was some of the staff there i really liked working for ,it was hard sometimes. there was a lot of setup with celebration setup 5 days a week and the rest of the banquet rooms . very busy place it is not the co. that sends staff away it is some of the management.if they take a dislike to you .the management could have been a lot better .most of them were kids.
I already did and wish I still was .But things did not work out that way I was there for 15 years and hated to leave but there was no other choice
It's a chill sometimes intense job, but I'm able to handle it and keep up with working at the good pace when, and to be on time when I'm booked for shifts.
