Plenty of work to fill your day & night. Lots of really intelligent staff that will let you and everyone else know when you've made a mistake. Management likes to get into the weeds of your work and is very specific about exactly the way things need to get done.The culture is based on the notion that you can pay employees less if the culture is amazing. Unfortunately you cant pay the bills with "Culture"There is an opportunity for this company to shine and be more competitive in the employment market, they have yet to figure it out. There is a very good & obvious reason why there's extreme employee turnover, unfortunately it's been overlooked for some reason.
