CARPENTER (Former Employee) – Victoria, BC – 28 March 2017
The hardest and most frustrating part of working for this company was getting the job done when they don't provide the proper tools and materials. You have to keep an eye on your tools or else they will get stolen! That should not happen in a job site! Also it's hard to work with young people that don't really want to be there.

The most positive day you will ever work with this company will be on your last day!
There is little to no direction given by superintendents and foremen, they rely heavily on lead hands, no morning tool box meetings, Easter egg hunts for materials, unable to manage good use of great workers, safety is only exercised when beneficial to company (no stand downs after major incidents), quality of tools are about average as most other job sites, and worst of all no direct deposit on paycheques. As for construction companies to work for and trust I would look otherwise.
