Fun workplace, but unorganized and pay is low

I worked here for 2 consecutive summers as a camp counsellor, I had a great time and made lots of friends. Regardless of how fun the environment is at times, counsellors are underpaid and the hiring process is biased. Camp Muskoka is too focused on expansion and getting more money than on individual camper experience and organization/ease of running - more... activities. They keep building new cabins and allowing more children in without expanding essential buildings that are used daily, resulting in cramped conditions, missing campers, and unnecessary stress for counsellors and children alike.
