Best company I have worked for

There are so many positive things that I can say about working at Cambridge Label but the most important thing to me is knowing that the employees really value their customers and the managers really value their employees. The hours are good, the benefits are good. The flexibility of management is good. The catered lunches and employee appreciation days are awesome. The patience that everyone has with new employees and the willingness to teach is great. They really do set you up for success.I have and will continue to recommend this company to people.

I would 101% recommend this company to anyone.....amazing owners and management. They truly do care about their employees and show it. Just an amazing company to work for.

Cambridge Label offers opportunities for internal training and cross training for employees to learn other positions within the company.Industry growth and technological advancements within the company ensures job security.This is a family owned and operated business, and this is evident in the care and compassion the management team shows to all employees. Birthdays are celebrated, and the company often hosts employee appreciation days.Hard work is appreciated and recognized.
