There are so many positive things that I can say about working at Cambridge Label but the most important thing to me is knowing that the employees really value their customers and the managers really value their employees. The hours are good, the benefits are good. The flexibility of management is good. The catered lunches and employee appreciation days are awesome. The patience that everyone has with new employees and the willingness to teach is great. They really do set you up for success.I have and will continue to recommend this company to people.

I would 101% recommend this company to anyone.....amazing owners and management. They truly do care about their employees and show it. Just an amazing company to work for.

Order Entry Supervisor (Current Employee) - Cambridge, ON - 25 November 2021

I had customer service experience from a retail setting when I started 6 years ago. I've learned so much about the printing industry, including the production side of things. I have been able to apply my customer service skills on a day to day basis and have move up to a department supervisor. We have a great staff who care about the work that they do and the quality of labels that we produce. This is by far the best job I've had and the owners are amazing people to work for.

Amazing Owners!

Owners know you on a personal level as well as professional and genuinely care about you! They are very easy to talk to and understanding when it comes to personal or work problems. Nice work environment where co-workers become friends as well. Cross training in different departments and constantly learning new things so never bored. Entry level positions available with no experience needed, which is extremely rare today!

I recently worked here and would still be working there (happily) if I hadn't moved a few hours away with my family! Every day was great, I loved the customers and my co-workers and learned new things almost everyday. Customer Service is #1 at Cambridge Label and I can see that having worked there and having been supported during my short time there!I wish there were more companies like this :)

I have been at Cambridge Label for almost half a year now. It is a tremendous place to work if you strive in a fast paced environment and put your customers at the forefront.The owners and other staff treat you like you're family and make working very enjoyable. There are company events hosted ever so often for the owners to show appreciation for everyone's hard work. The company culture is nothing but positive and I highly recommend applying here if you have interest in the print industry!

Wonderful place to work!

One of the best places I've worked at (worked here for over 12 years). The people I work for and with are all great and make my work day very pleasurable. Birthdays are always acknowledged and various holidays throughout the year are celebrated. The company has doubled in size since I started but I have never been made to feel like I need to work overtime and have always felt it was very much appreciated if I had worked it. I've always felt that the owners really cared for their employees and always understood that family comes first. I do find it comical that one bad review on here is from a previous employee that pleaded with us to give him another chance on a previous job posting!!

Friendly people and great work/life balance

I really enjoy working here, there is a really good crew of people working at Cambridge Label. They treat their staff like family and offer a good work/life balance. Overtime is completely voluntary and available if you want it. Work is never forced upon you and if you have something going on outside of work, management understands that. They also try to promote from within which is a good thing.

Great place to work

Personally out of all the jobs i had this one has been one of the best, i say this because well the people are great. and its very relaxed actually. The job itself is relaxed it can get busy at times but even then there never pushy and they focus on quality. Its more like a work family then anything.

Small company with large potential

Very small company that often takes on more work than the printing presses can handle. Lots of orders were late due to equipment failure. Leaving the administrators to deal with upset customers. Making it a very stressful environment.

Can you swallow your pride and agree with everything no matter how stupid? Do you like doing your work and half of someone elses for no extra pay? Can you cry on cue to get out of doing harder jobs? Do you have kneepads for mandatory butt-kissing? Then apply here...if not don't you won't last.
