Extremely Duplicitous Company
Management forcibly plays mind games and politics with employees.
Management refuses to spend resources on safety. Safety problems are allowed to fester so that when accidents happen, they can be used to discipline and bully employees. For some reason more money is spent on free lunches than safety.
Employees are treated like chattel. I was moved - more ... from shift to shift based on what the company wanted but I was refused a single day of leave for moving house.
Quantity is considered more important than quality of production. - less
ProsGood pay. Plenty of overtime.
ConsDuplicitous management. Poor safety.
