Decent place to work
Most coworkers are great. To much nepotism in my opinion. 90% of the management are either belittling and rude or quite frankly useless. Sink or swim environment.

Misleading management
As an experienced, licensed auto tech. I am familiar with procedures and practices in this field. The Dearborn location in Kamloops offered me a job as a tech in their unionized shop. Management (who is not unionized) failed to inform me that there was an active 72hr strike notice given, I started a job and worked one day before a strike was to commence. I personally heard management belittle and insult my coworkers who didn’t fall directly in line with their agenda. This was unfortunately the shortest time at any one job, I lasted one day. Everyone can make their own decisions on the quality of employer they work for but if you’re considering Cam Clark Dearborn location I will insist you ask many detailed questions and talk to the techs about the atmosphere.

Long hours of work
The salary you Receive does not reflect on the hours that you work. On most occasions it’s 10 hour days you may or may not Get a lunch hour, staff meetings are not paid for.

Toxic Environment
Management will expect you to lie and you will get in trouble for telling the truth. Management let’s other staff members bully you with no recourse. Absolutely no team environment. Can say in 10 years this is the worst service dept I’ve ever worked in! Highly recommend working anywhere but here!
