Great benefit program, acceptable salary package. Very low yearly bonuses and raises. Company has competing cultures between the Automation Controls teams and the MES teams. Growth within company ranks is not available. Currently having issues with bringing in work to keep employees. Developers and PM's have been laid off due to lack of sales and work generation for the company in the manufacturing industry.

Very Good Controls Company
Controls Engineer (Former Employee) - Oakville, ON - 9 January 2018
Upper Management was very good.
Middle Management was very good.
Most Project Leads were Excellent.
Only had one bad one.
Lots of travel to US which is expected but they really try to have a life style balance. Some travel more than others and they try to accommodate as much as they can. Ping Pong and Table Tennis and Pool on-site. Only thing they are missing is a workout room. Maybe soon. Location is good with easy parking. Lots of company sponsored activities.

Good place to work full of smart and talented people

Callisto Integration designs software for factories and is full of talented engineers who will do 'whatever it takes' to make the customer happy. Management is well organized and consistent and work to create an envronment of learning and growth.

Ability to take on a lot of responsibility quickly
Cons
Can be long hours when on site or near ship date
