Good benefits but competing cultures and low growth opportunities
Great benefit program, acceptable salary package. Very low yearly bonuses and raises. Company has competing cultures between the Automation Controls teams and the MES teams. Growth within company ranks is not available. Currently having issues with bringing in work to keep employees. Very Good Controls Company
Upper Management was very good.
Middle Management was very good.
Most Project Leads were Excellent.
Only had one bad one.
Lots of travel to US which is expected but they really try to have a life style balance. Some travel more than others and they try to accommodate as much as they can.
