The focus is on numbers, for obvious reasons, but when you’re working in a small town, with low traffic and very few hours in a week, it sometimes makes it difficult to meet your quota. Some days are just slow sale days and that ends up reflecting poorly on you... even though it really has nothing to do with your sales capabilities.
Constantly moving 30-40lb boxes overhead/ stacking shoes in 10+ feet high shelving units all at very fast pace.
