Poor management, they don’t care about you. They only care about sales, and if you cant make the goals, they will look down on you and disrespect you. There was no encouragement but gossiping from the management. There was no performance reviews, no communications but expecting you to be a top seller. Worst retail experience
Horrible management, unrealistic work expectations and KPIs. They are willing to make you work more then they’re willing to pay. You ask for a raise they give excuses, even if you’re doing all the work. Staff turnover is high, no one wants to stay so that shows how good the food is.
