Lead Hand/Supervisor (Current Employee) – Calgary, AB – 2 December 2018
Working at the Saddledome provides a fun filled work environment. Management is filled with enthusiastic team players allowing staff to feel stress-free. Scheduling is very flexible. Great place to make new friends and build healthy relationships with everyone of all departments. Most staff are either young adults, or have been working there since they were young adults. Opportunities to attend staff events occur regularly. Overall a great place to work at if you're looking for a flexible, friendly, fun-filled work environment
Low prices on great food in the lunch room, friendly and understanding floor supervisors/management, competitive wages
Late game start means closing and getting off late.

Petty, clique driven culture in accounting department
Payroll Assistant (Former Employee) – Accounting department – 1 October 2018
Quick to criticise behind your back, unwilling to train new staff, you will be an outsider and made to feel like one daily. When you request clarification on any issue you will get a standard 30 second meeting and nothing more. You will be ignored no matter how often you ask for answers.
Lead Supervisor (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 20 April 2018
Was a Lead Supervisor in the Concessions department for just under three years and it was easily the most fun but overwhelming job I've had. Co-workers are awesome and I definitely gained alot of knowledge from working here. If you can handle busy nights and like hockey, football or concerts you will enjoy working here.
Good co-workers, lunch room, flexible schedule, good work perks
Concession Cashier (Current Employee) – Calgary, AB – 20 August 2018
Convenient to be able to pick what shifts you want to work, especially when in high school. The downside to that is that the shifts are first come first serve for signing up, which leads to an unpredictable amount of shifts through the season.
Line Cook/Prep Cook (Current Employee) – Calgary, AB – 22 May 2017
Demanding flow of work; constantly standing and providing exceptional customer services. A typical day at the Scotiabank Saddledome will consist of working together as a team to provide the best possible experience for tourists and Calgarian's a-like!
Employee (Current Employee) – Calgary, AB – 9 August 2017
Fun place to work, sports fans are great. You always feel like an important member of the CSEC team. Saddledome is always full of energy on game day, and you can feel it through co-workers and managers
