What is the promotion process like at Calgary Board Of Education?

You just apply for a new position when is a posting to get another position and HR select the resumes , send it to the school who is required the position base on seniority and experience about 5 resumes and the Principal call the applicants for an interview and in the same week or 2 the Principal select who will be the best candidate for the position and he call an offer the position to the new candidate.

Very difficult to move within CBE. Highly competitive.
