Fun place to work
I enjoyed my time with CASS, management was fair and clients were fantastic. Very good work culture. There are different departments in the agency from employment, day program to residential care. Managers are supportive if you decide to change positions and work well with you to succeed.

Positive environment and great staff
CASS is a great place to work. The staff are amazing and supervisors are super supportive. The only negatives are the pay is not great and there isn’t a ton of opportunity for advancement.

Clients are amazing , horrible management
The clients are amazing. Enjoyed being out in the community. Management is only about benefits to within the office examples statutory holidays that front line staff don’t get. It should be equal all across the board. No bonuses since the original owner left. Pay is lower , no raises. If you work hard and are a good employee you should get raises. The wear on your car and only compensated .30 km. The office staff gossip a lot. You have to pay for mandatory training. When Covid first happened office staff got to stay protected at home while we needed to go a risk our health and safety and when expressing our concerns it fell on deaf ears. We weren’t even eligible to receive the 1200$ from the government but we’re considered essential? This is when I decided this company lines their pockets at the expense of others. An agency shouldn’t be run by staff it needs a board of directors so they are held accountable to someone.

Great Management and a great place to work
Some clients can be difficult and require a large level of patience, however, management is always available for support and strategies. I never felt like I was unsupported. Day plans are collaborative between the client and staff, and a large level of autonomy and independence is awarded to staff who are capable. Fun and interactive with the community.

Grateful to work for CASS
I have been with CASS for approximately 3 years. I work with a great team and have a manager like none I have worked with before. My Manager is knowledgeable and very understanding and supportive.CASS has supported me in many ways through personal career development and a flexible work schedule which is important to me as a single mother. I am grateful to be working for a company with a purpose. I am also excited to see what the future holds for CASS as they continue to grow.
