Fast paced, stressful, overworked and understaffed

Cleanroom Technician (Former Employee) - Hamilton, ON - 16 April 2022

Concerns were rarely, if ever addressed. Very critical and judgemental. No learning opportunities. You are a production worker. Under value staff and little to no growth opportunities. Worried more about volume being sent out to patients than the quality.

no room for growth, management doesn't care for anything but themselves and their salaries, cleanroom is over worked, exhausted and way under paid. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE in any department to work here. place claims all they care about is patient and patient safety and not even close. HR is useless

Too much workload with no appreciation. Poor management.No Career growth. You will not even get chance to go to washroom during your shift as its busy
