Like a stressful high school.

Extremely high turnover in all departments. I saw so many great employees in and out. It was terrible. Just too many tasks to be done for all of the positions, not enough employees, or enough time. There is very clear favouritism between staff and management. Those certain staff (older, but not all of them) slack off all the time.
