Fast paced and exciting place to work
Working at Calea is a really fast paced job no matter your department. In operations, there is high turnover because they expect a lot from new employees and the lack of proper training. However, people are generally helpful and if you are accurate, make your numbers and follow SOPs you really don't have to worry much. I wouldn’t recommend . Unknowledgeable manager. Stressfull workplace. Stressfull stressfull stressfull. No room for growth. Poor management. Specially the warehouse manager she has no clue and no knowledge about the company nor the procedure for everyday operations. Calea should get rid of the manager who are not capable. Very disappointing company.

Horrible employer. Horrible Management. workers mistretaeted . If zero was possible I would give it a zero. Empolyees made to feel like they are second class. Revolving door. Gross mismanegement. Patients constantly getting wrong orders. I would never return to this please beware.

Great company to work for. Plenty of room to grow and learn once you understand the business. Work can be busy but everyone works really hard together. Management is supportive and easy going.
