My time in Cafe Asia was good at the start, but it was poorly managed, there was not enough people behind the bar on busy nights and often when you asked for help you would be told to figure it out for yourself.
I learned a lot more about mixing alcoholic drinks and serving properly.
The hardest part of the job was working under pressure on your own when there were too many people wanting to buy drinks at the one time and there was nobody else to help you.
The most enjoyable part of the job was often you would have a good few people that would talk to you and have a laugh with you.
