Management truly wants to see their team excel
Working at Caesarstone has been one of the most rewarding positions throughout my professional career. I am given the room to breathe and perform my duties as I see fit but am also given the guidance to grow. I recall a couple month into my position I had a one on one with management who said if they did not provide me the resources for career advancement they were failing me as my leader. The culture is fantastic, everyone is family. This is the only company where the president can walk into any DC and know everyone by first name! Management truly wants to see their team excel. Very very happy here!

Fast-paced workplace that can help with career growth
My first months at Ceasarstone have been so rewarding, I was able to dive right into work, constantly challenging myself and learning a ton throughout my journey. Looking back on everything I have accomplished in a short time is so rewarding. They have given me opportunities that other employers would take months, sometimes years to have come my way. Joining this team would be one of the best decisions you could make!

Great company great management ,great work atmosphere , what ever we need for are trucks they will deal with it , they listen to your input at weekly meetings , safety oriented for sure

Dropped in the deep end
Very excited to join this team but unfortunately was thrown in the deep end and when asked for help was thrown a block of cement. Peers were incredible and very supportive, all staff were like family, but direct management had no time to support and rarely replied to phone calls or emails. Operations was and continues to be a mess. It's hard to sell when you can't deliver which in turn makes your sales job hard and you looking like the fool every time. Some customers were verbally abusive to the point of threatening with some actully insinuating physical harm if you didn't deliver.

Terrible experience. Terrible product
Management is unreasonable and has no experience or understanding of how to run and operate a multi million dollar company. Terrible product. No quality control.
