Great people but management needs help
Considering this is a big company they do not provide much support for recent university graduates who have recently entered the work force. Very little time is dedicated to training and even less to technical training. You are expected to learn as you go but often find yourself without support because senior employees can be overworked.
Old projects using legacy procedures/systems make for a lot of overhead when working
