The people who are brought into Cactus are some of the best and really have a positive mindset but the place itself can change someone into what they need. They encourage strongly individuals of different positions in the restaurant to not be involved with others. They attempt to control their employees 100% regardless of schedules (which can be changed hours before you work) . There is often chit chat of how rough work is when you are not on duty yet are together as coworkers. These all bring the people close and everyone relies heavily on each other due to the overwhelming feeling every night due to being in a constantly busy and understaffed restaurant.
