What was the most challenging part of your role at Cabela's Inc.?

  • Getting to know your customers their needs and wants be objective and honest.

  • Getting the management to do anything other than pimp that credit card

  • Learning about product on the go on busy day and Computers being problematic. (They need to update there system)

  • Making sure all the inventory ordered came in and was correctly accounted for.

  • For customer service it took a while to completely understand our provinces licensing system for fishing and hunting. The point of sale system itself is easy but understanding regulations and policy etc.
