  • Toxic environment that created an uncomfortable place and made you feel unheard

  • Formed cliques and gossiped. The GM comes off as incredibly indifferent towards the employees and their concerns, but the other managers make up for it and are very good.

    Bass Pro Shops has also geared their products towards being cheaply made while previous Cabela's "culture" and policy had a focus on product quality and longevity, so anticipate belligerent customers to come in expecting a life-time warranty on some products (especially the very cheap footwear and clothing articles).
