What would you suggest Cabela's Inc. management do to prevent others from leaving?
Get the AGM to actually help the employees rather than time their work, maybe help out people instead of denying requests for extra support on the sales floor. Give well deserved raises to people who genuinely work hard or have been there for 3 years.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Cabela's Inc.? What are the steps along the way?
Took me about 2 weeks. I applied online on a Thursday, got a call back that day, and had my interview on Saturday morning. Then I had several evenings and mornings (depending on availability) to do orientation, safety, and customer service training the next week and had my first day within the week after that. Overall, it was pretty fast.
