caring has gone downhill

Was originally a wonderful all around great company 10-14 years ago. Now its all about numbers and scripts, no caring or personalization. Management just wants part time workers to work from home when working with others in the office is what made this company great. You get to learn from each other and support each other as workers and friends. Now you are left on your own to learn and scramble. Systems are constantly being upgraded but no one to help you learn it. They want you to do everything for as little pay as possible and would prefer to get part time workers so no benefits are paid out but in doing so you loose all the senior experienced and dedicated loyal workers. Their turn around time now is off the charts.
