I would arrive at the immigrant centre 20 mins earlier than the beginning, setting up the materials, discussing and preparing for the prospective tasks of the day with other crews. Then, we will welcome the participants and started the activities. I would share the responsibilities with the main supervisor, usually by helping her to inform the instructions - more... to the kids as well as participating in the activities to offer help to the participants.
