High turn over, poor management, terrible culture
Written by Marketing Manager (Former Employee) from Mont-royal, QC on 16 April 2018
As many have said, very high turn over. Most people do not last more than 6 months.

They go by the saying "We're a young, hip and fast paced startup".

Yes management is young, which also contributes to not having the proper experience for their role.

Hip? Nothing is hip about the culture, departments are segregated to the point where teams - more... rarely socialize. Everyone mostly does their own thing, which gives good autonomy but delivers poor performance in the end.

Fast paced? Can't help but laugh... takes forever for approvals of simple projects or small budgets.

All in all they h ... - less
ProsAutonomous
ConsPoor Maangement & Terrible Culture
