Unfortunately, I think the company will do well in the near future, and then taper off a bit. Right now, due to travel restrictions, people are buying patio furniture. That trend won't always stay on the upward swing, and the company has seen this type of surge before. After that it will probably level out, and the business will stabilize again. I'm sure the company will continue to make money, and continue to be a revolving door for new hires.
Answered 3 March 2021They like to gang up on employees and intimidate them. Lots of upper management like to yell, and are never stopped from doing so. They also liked to say that the three strikes discipline guidelines they claimed to follow were more of a suggestion then something they had to follow. They would often skip steps and occasionally deliver all strikes at once with termination papers and no prior warning. It really made that zero job security feel real seeing that kind of thing happen.

Answered 8 September 2020No they require nothing because they hire, fire, quit rate is massive. Employees either quit or are forced out due to stress.
